Diagnostic Refund Policy : Refund requests for the Narrative Altitude Diagnostic must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after 48 hours or once the diagnostic results and scoring profile have been fully accessed.
   
Course & Coaching Refund Policy : Refund requests for Recrafting Your Professional Narrative must be submitted within seven days of purchase and before more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or any live coaching/session components have been used.
Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions, live classes or substantially consumed course materials.  

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Because this is a digital product delivery is deemed complete once course access is granted.
Refunds may be refused where significant content has been consumed, misuse is detected or policy abuse occurs. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent termination service denial evidence submission to payment processors recovery actions and legal enforcement.
